Apple patches highly critical OS X, iChat flaws

Apple released four security updates yesterday via OS X’s Automatic Update, relating to security flaws in the company’s iChat and OS X software. Some security researchers had identified these flaws as being “highly critical” and advise OS X users to update their machines immediately. The bugs, which were exposed during the Month of Apple Bugs, have been credited as such in the security bulletin.
