More on OS X 10.5.2; Pink iPod Nano

The more we hear about OS X 10.5.2, the latest update to Mac OS X Leopard, the more we want it. The latest word is that the update is now said to boast “nearly 100 code corrections and enhancements,” including a few frequently asked for features like support for network drives in Time Machine and a toggle switch for the menu bar’s transparency. While there’s still no definitive word on when the 10.5.2 update will see release, Apple Insider‘s sources say that it will land sometime next month, along with a companion update for Leopard Server.

In other Apple news, the company released a pink version of its iPod Nano media player today, just in time for the Valentine’s Day holiday. Contrary to previous reports, the device does not appear to be a fundraiser for Breast Cancer Awareness month.
